1. Leasing Executive - Fit Out


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Leasing Manager in overall conceptualization of leasing plan and strategies for different properties under the portfolio including calculation of lot sizes NLA.

  • Continuously look out for the latest retail concepts/designs.

  • Regularly conduct market research on shopping centers in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market.

  • Responsible for daily and ad hoc administration task as and when necessary.

  • Attend to tenant’s requests and ensure issues are resolved. Liaise mall contractors and internal departments when necessary. 

  • Assist in routine inspections during fit out period ensure all necessary installation (eg: Sesco meter application / installation status) area ready for handovers.



  • Diploma in Property Management/Architectural or equivalent.

  • At least 2-3 years executive in fit-out coordination / project management in Shopping Centre or Retail Industry or property management.

  • Able to use Adobe AutoCAD and Photoshop.

  • Able to interpret drawings submissions.

  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Patience, efficient, responsible, independent, accurate with details.

2. Mechanical &Electrical Technician (in Building)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule.

  • Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.

  • Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.

  • Attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by tenants.

  • Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.

  • Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc.

  • Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.



  • Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.

  • At least 2 years working experience in building maintenance or construction.

  • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

  • Computer literate is an added advantage

3. CCTV Operator


Job Responsibilities:

  • To regulate and manage the operation of Fire Control Room, alarm and surveillance system.

  • To ensure daily efficiency of all alarm systems and that all equipment and cameras are functioning and records are updated in accordance to standard operating procedure and existing administrative instructions.



  • Physically and mentally fit.

  • Willing to work on shift and long hours.

  • Computer literate.

  • Past experience in CCTV operations will be an advantage.

4. Security Personnel


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform crime prevention duties and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring.

  • Preserve order and protect company property, ensure the safety of visitors from any sort of damages.

  • Respond to emergencies and incidents.



  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours.

  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

  • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer.
