1. Car Park Assistant

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth operations of the car park and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition at all times.

• Ensure car park fee collection are carry out as per Cash Handling procedure with integrity.

• Observe and report any suspicious activities, illegal parking or obstruction to Supervisor on duty.

• Monitor traffic flow and ensure orderly entry and exit of vehicles to maintain a smooth operation within the car park premises.

 

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: SPM or equivalent

• Experience: Past working experience as cashier shall be an added advantage

• Able to work shift hours.

• Skills / Competencies:

  • Physically and mentally fit;

  • Technical knowledge will be an added advantage;

  • Possess Interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Security Personnel

 

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform crime prevention duties through guard and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring.

• Preserve order and protect company property, ensure safety of visitors from any sort of damages.

• Patrol premises and Car Park to prevent and detect sign of intrusion and ensure security in the mall.

• To respond to emergencies and incidents.

• To regulate and ensure smooth traffic flow and parking.

 

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in Security / Armed forces / protective services or equivalent, or retired army / police personnel.

• Skills / Competencies:

  • Physically and mentally fit;

  • Possess Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willing to work on shift and long hours

  • Open and honest in dealings
