Vacancies

1. Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the duties performed by cleaners and overall cleanliness of the mall.

  • Supervise work and inspect all areas to ensure cleaners follow the Mall’s standard of cleanliness.

  • Attend to and resolve complaints or requests pertaining to mall cleanliness issues with tact and promptness.

  • Work closely with Building Services maintenance team to report on all common areas for maintenance and cleanliness where a hazard may arise

  • Monitor contract cleaner’s performance and report to Manager for future contract assessment.

  • Participate in a regular meeting with cleaning contractor and Manager in order to provide progress reports and address issues.

Requirements

  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity.

  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

2. Security Personnel

Responsibilities

  • Perform crime prevention duties and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring.

  • Preserve order and protect company property, ensure the safety of visitors from any sort of damages.

  • Respond to emergencies and incidents.

Requirements

  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours.

  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

  • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer.
