1. Events & Promotions Executive


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute diverse events and promotions to attract shoppers and enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Collaborate with tenants, and external vendors to develop creative and engaging event concepts.

  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.

  • Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, equipment rental, staffing, permits, and other necessary arrangements.

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, sponsors, and community partners to maximize collaboration opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new event and promotion opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards during event planning and execution.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event concepts.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.


2. Food Court Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of the food court area, including food stalls, back lane corridors, and pot wash area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards as per health and food safety regulations.

  • Monitor the activities of contract cleaners to ensure cleanliness is maintained according to key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure that serving trays, cutlery, cups, plates, and bowls are constantly replenished at all food stalls.

  • Manage stock levels using the First In, First Out (FIFO) practice to prevent the consumption of expired goods, and ensure that stocks are always available and replenished when reaching minimum levels.

  • Control and safeguard equipment and small wares to maintain operational efficiency and prevent loss.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess SPM or higher

  • Have 1-2 years of working experience in food court management, demonstrating a strong understanding of food service operations.

  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays to maintain continuous food court operations.

  • Proficient in computer usage for administrative tasks and inventory management.

3. Security Personnel

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises by maintaining order and vigilance to detect any irregularities, including suspicious behaviour or security breaches.

  • Conduct regular patrols and clocking to ensure thorough coverage of the designated area.

  • Provide assistance during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of individuals and minimizing damage to property through effective crowd control and swift action.

  • Monitor surveillance cameras and all equipment within the CCTV control room to promptly address any security concerns or incidents.

  • Remain stationed at the duty post until relieved, maintaining a constant presence to deter potential threats.

  • Manage vehicular traffic when necessary to maintain orderly flow and security.

  • Perform all duties diligently, demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and professionalism at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the security field with a clean track record.

  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.

  • Physically fit and capable of reacting appropriately in emergency and high-stress situations.

4. Mechanical Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks for mechanical and electrical systems and equipment according to the preventive maintenance checklist and schedule.

  • Maintain filters and strainers for air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, and other equipment.

  • Conduct inspections, testing, and servicing of all fire protection systems to ensure compliance and safety.

  • Undertake various building-related tasks including masonry, painting, carpentry, metalwork, glazing, drainage, plumbing, and other maintenance duties.

  • Address and resolve tenants' complaints regarding facilities issues promptly and with professionalism.

  • Record data and perform data entry for the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) system, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly checklist routines.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.

  • Preferably with working experience in building maintenance or construction.

  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays to ensure continuous building operation.

  • Computer literate is an added advantage

5. Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of outsourced cleaning personnel to ensure the shopping mall maintains exemplary cleanliness standards.

  • Collaborate with contracted cleaning companies on a daily basis to ensure adherence to cleaning specifications and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Investigate and address any complaints related to housekeeping services or equipment promptly and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

  • Work in tandem with the maintenance team to identify and report areas in need of attention to maintain a hazard-free environment and enhance the mall's appeal.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as receiving stock and monitoring the usage of cleaning tools and chemicals, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably within a shopping mall environment.

  • Strong supervisory skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, staff, and management, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.

6. Service Crew (Food Court Drinks Stall)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and maintain the highest quality.

  • Comply with all food and beverage hygiene requirements.

  • Ensure the stall is organised, stocked and clean at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage.

  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours.
