Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages according to recipes and maintain the highest quality.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least secondary education level.

• 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage.

• Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours.

 

2. Creative & Design Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for marketing campaigns, mall events, social media, advertisements, and in-mall displays.

• Collaborate closely with the event team to develop innovative and engaging visuals that align with the mall’s branding, event and campaign goals.

• Produce high-quality graphics for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, posters, banners, e-newsletters, and web content.

• Assist in the planning and execution of mall promotions, seasonal themes, and festive decorations.

• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production houses to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations to keep our creative approach fresh and competitive.

 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who can also work independently.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with experience in a creative/design role as added advantage.

• Knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics is a plus.

3. M&E Engineer

​

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of the building, focusing on electrical systems, HVAC (air conditioning, chillers, AHUs), plumbing, and mechanical ventilation

• Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, lighting, and other systems to ensure smooth mall operations.

• Monitor the works carried out by in-house technicians and outsourced contractors (cleaning, pest control, housekeeping, etc.).

• Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with all outsourced contractors at all times.

• Troubleshoot energy supply, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC systems.

• Maintain escalators, lifts, and other mechanical equipment according to ensure the efficiency of the facilities.

• Support event teams with electrical and lighting installation for decorations or events.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and spare parts; recommend purchases as needed.

• Respond promptly and tactfully to tenant requests related to M&E issues.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or in relevant field

• Certificate of Competency as Chargeman with experienced in handling power systems as an added advantage.
