1. M&E Engineer


  • Assisting Building Services Manager in effective implementation of the mall facilities management system; Air-conditioning system inclusive chiller, sewerage system, mechanical & Electrical system, lighting and housekeeping. Ensure site condition works area in safe conditions.

  • Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building by attending to all general maintenance and operations issues as may be directed, with specific emphasis on electrical, water, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system as well as general building matters.

  • Accomplished department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work process and attend to and resolve tenants' request pertaining to M&E issues with tact and promptness.

  • Monitor the work and site conditions performance by the maintenance team as well as outsource contractor for cleaning and housekeeping, pest control services etc. and ensure their standard quality service and safe environment are maintained at all time.

  • Understanding of structural design and tenants needs to assist in coordinating, monitor and support fit-out team on renovation works or lot preparation, resolve fit-out and building issues.

  • Conduct technical troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing and air conditioning system of the building.

  • Work closely with operation colleagues to achieve mutual benefits by following optimum tenancy design guidelines.

  • Assist on maintaining escalators and elevators to ensure performing at the best and safe condition at all time.

  • Familiarize all the service contracts especially escalators and lift to schedule on-site maintenance service and other technical support.

  • Oversee in purchasing of maintenance spare part and recommend suitable material to Purchasing Department.


  • Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Facilities/Building Management or in relevant specialized field.

  • At least 3 years working experience in facilities/building management and M&E maintenance, preferably in shopping mall or service industry or similar capacity.

  • Able to work independently and leading a group of technicians for maintenance works.

  • Hands -on person, effective technical skills, problem solving.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in BM & English.

2. Building Services Technician


  • Carry out daily maintenance works for mechanical and electrical systems & equipment as per preventive maintenance checklist and schedule.

  • Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, etc.

  • Inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.

  • Carry out any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Metal, Glazing, drainage, piping plumbing and etc.

  • Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.

  • Data entry for PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) system on daily, weekly & monthly checklist routine.


  • Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.

  • Preferably with working experience in building maintenance or construction.

  • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

  • Computer literate is an added advantage.

3. Housekeeping Supervisor


  • Responsible for overall duties performed by outsource cleaners and cleanliness of the mall.

  • Liaise with the appointed contractors on a daily basis to ensure full compliance with contracted cleaning requirements.

  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes necessary corrective action.

  • Work closely with maintenance team, report on all common areas for maintenance and cleanliness where a hazard may arise.

  • Perform administrative work such as stock receiving and monitoring of cleaning tools and chemical usage, ensure adequate supplies of stock.


  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • At least 2 years working experience in Housekeeping or job related.

  • Good supervisory and communication skills 

4. Customer Service Officer


  • Attend to tenant and customer complaints, feedbacks, request and problems.

  • Ensure all policies, rules and regulations as set in the Tenants’ Handbook are adhered to by Tenants.

  • Ensure announcements made through the PA system are accurate, clear and consistent.

  • Working closely with tenants and internal departments on all operational issues.

  • Ensure all customer facilities in the mall are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.

  • Support as a Personal Shopper “APRIL”, attend to shopping inquiries and provide the best online shopping experiences to the customer.

  • Maintain a high standard of grooming comparable to an international class hotel.


  • Possess at least STPM or equivalent with customer service experience in the service/retail industry

  • Good communication skills and able to interact with customer.

  • Warm personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays

5. Drinks Stall Service Crew


  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and maintain the highest quality.

  • Comply with all food and beverage hygiene requirements.

  • Ensure the stall is organised, stocked and clean at all times.


  • Possess at least secondary education level.

  • 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage.

  • Highly disciplined, full of integrity and able to withstand long working hours.
