PE Holdings Sdn Bhd was formed in 2007 with the vision of preparing the next generation for the future. It started from Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd, a civil engineering and general construction company founded in 1977. With firm family values and a humble beginning, PE Holdings started by transforming the shopping landscape in Kuching with the construction and management of tHe Spring Shopping Mall.
Today, PE Holdings oversees a conglomerate of multi award winning companies in Kuching, Bintulu and Penang, with its core interest in shopping mall management, property development, IT and food and beverage. PE Holdings is also committed to aligning our corporate practices and strategies with the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) targets, to ensure that there is a future for the next generation.
The Spring Management Services Sdn Bhd has over 17 years of experience managing retail and real estate properties across Malaysia. We are currently the exclusive managers of The Spring Shopping Mall in Kuching and Bintulu, and Design Village Outlet Mall in Penang.
Our expertise encompass all aspects of property management including building services and M&E, housekeeping, carpark operations, foodcourt operations, marketing and activities as well as retail leasing.
